The SUNsave™ is a HOMEvest™ initiative that sees the utilization of solar in it’s rental home projects. The initiative reduces the consumption of electricity by up to 40%, and where the tenants receive 100% of the savings, helping with the overall affordability of renting.
The WHISPERwall™ is designed to reduce the noise transmission between (2) units that share a common party wall. It substantially increases the STC rating (Sound Transmission Class) beyond that required by code, and helps to mitigate one of the largest objections found in multifamily living “Noise”.
